Jamil Claybusters

The Jamil Claybusters website was built from the ground up using a CMS-driven architecture designed to support membership management, event coordination, and charitable fundraising in a single, easy-to-manage platform. The goal was to eliminate manual processes while providing clear visibility into member activity, events, and fundraising efforts.

A centralized system was implemented to allow for member registration and tracking of dues payments, giving the organization an efficient way to manage membership without relying on spreadsheets or manual follow-ups. A comprehensive Events Calendar was also created to showcase the various clay shoots, sporting events, charitable tournaments, and community activities that the Jamil Claybusters participate in throughout the year—including their flagship annual event.

The website plays a critical role in supporting the Annual Jamil Shriners Sporting Clays Tournament, which raises funds to support the continued operations of the Jamil Shrine Center. Dedicated Tournament pages were designed to clearly communicate the purpose and benefits of the event while allowing individuals, teams, and corporate sponsors to register directly through the website.

A fully integrated Sponsorship system was developed to showcase the various corporate sponsorship levels available. Companies can review sponsorship options, sign up online, submit payment securely, or elect to have an invoice generated and sent to them. All registrations, invoices, and payments are centrally tracked, providing the Tournament Committee with a streamlined, intuitive workflow for follow-ups and reporting.

In addition, the website supports Hero Sponsorships, allowing individuals, corporate donors, and clubs to sponsor the participation of First Responders in the tournament. Through these online sponsorships, enough funding was raised in the previous year to enable multiple teams of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) agents to participate in the tournament at no cost—highlighting the tangible community impact made possible through the platform.

The result is a highly organized, scalable website that supports the Jamil Claybusters’ mission year-round while providing a professional, efficient foundation for one of their most important charitable events.
